What are we made of?
Find out in this Sunday’s Cosmos: A Space Time Odyssey
We live on one level of existence, but there are many others. These hidden dimensions of reality are everywhere, from far-away places, across the light years, beneath our feet and even inside each of us. We are made of atoms. Did you know that there are more atoms in your eye than there are stars in all the galaxies in the known universe? Although we don’t usually view ourselves in this way, if we take a moment to delve deep, there is so much to uncover.
In Sunday night’s episode of Cosmos: A Space Time Odyssey. Neil deGrasse Tyson takes a good look inwards, allowing us to see him as a man composed of his constituent atoms. Step aboard the Ship of Imagination, as it takes us on an epic voyage, to the bottom of a dewdrop to discover the exotic life forms and violent conflict that’s unfolding there. Then return to the surface to encounter life’s ingenious strategies for sending its ancient message into the future.
